Add interview recovery and the architecture doc

  • Silence after a question: nudge at 12 s, move on at 25 s, counted from the end of the interviewer's voice
  • Short phrases at the start of an answer: repeat, what do you mean, I don't know, pause, resume, stop, and garbled audio, all handled out loud
  • Pause and Resume buttons; a hidden tab or lost microphone pauses
  • Two Gemma failures in a row switch to written follow-ups, noted for the report
  • docs/ARCHITECTURE.md: pieces, one answer end to end, lifetimes, review
