Polish the home and setup pages; use Inter

Home: no outer card, soft colour glows behind the glass, a top section with three points and a still of the interview room, Light and Heavy as large cards with the download size (Heavy shown as coming soon), what the chosen mode downloads always visible, the device check as a chip, and one Continue button in view. Setup: the interviewers' faces, one compact loading area that becomes "Models ready", filled selected chips, options in two columns on a laptop, and a sticky bar whose button shows loading progress until it becomes Start interview. Inter comes from Google Fonts, so the privacy wording now names the font.
