List every first-visit download with real sizes on the home page

- One data module (src/app/downloads.ts) with measured sizes: Silero VAD, Whisper base (fp32), Kokoro (fp32), Gemma per mode, ONNX Runtime, avatar
- Mode cards show the total per mode (about 1.6 GB Light, 3.8 GB Heavy)
- Correct the Whisper and Kokoro sizes in the plan
