In a real run the rules asked for the outcome and Gemma asked 'How did you handle those difficult feedback sessions?', which the answer had covered. The guard now rejects an outcome follow-up that does not ask about a result, and an ownership follow-up that does not ask what the candidate did; the written line for that angle is spoken instead.
