Load the models on the setup screen with real progress

  • Continue on the phone screen starts the headless hook (Whisper, Kokoro) and the Gemma worker together
  • Setup shows each model as waiting, downloading (MB of MB), loading from this device, ready or failed; Start is enabled once all are ready
  • Cached models are detected by their weight files in the shared OPFS store; everything cached goes from Continue to ready in 3.7 s
  • Gemma progress is measured against the model's known size
  • Dev builds log every Gemma cache call
