- Re-run the interviewer evals on Gemma 3 1B (results hold) and run them on Gemma 4 E2B q4f16 (better follow-ups, correct code review)
- Light (Gemma 3 1B) / Heavy (Gemma 4 E2B) modes, chosen on the home page, only the chosen model downloaded
- Task breakdown in phases and steps (docs/TASKS.md)
- Upgrade react-ai-voice-avatar to 0.7.0 (long answers, empty onSubmit replies, speechMs, model-cache)
