question answered. "I don't know" may follow sorry, honestly and the
like. A missing-point follow-up from Gemma has to use the bank's words for
that point, and the labels the written fallback speaks now read as speech.
"like" after a comma before a new clause counts as a filler; vague amounts
("one or two") are not numbers. Dev builds log voice and sound timings to
check the time to first word.
