Save each interview as a report on the device, with a fake interview to develop against

The report keeps the engine's records (questions included) and the candidate's self-review marks, in IndexedDB with an in-memory copy so the screen opens at once and still works without storage. Measured numbers are worked out from the records each time. ?dev=report runs a fake interview through the real engine with a fake clock.
