Reuse a run tested in the last 24 hours, clean the PR error line

firstrun <url> returns a verified or passed run of the same URL from the last 24 hours with no model call and no container. --fresh runs it again and FIRSTRUN_CACHE_HOURS sets the window. PR bodies no longer show the runner's internal script name in the error line.
