Ask once falls back to the top class when no human can answer

A background run hit EOFError at the ask-once prompt on the chromadb fixture, where Jev was below 0.7. The terminal asker now returns None on EOF, so recovery uses the top class and logs it. Adds targets.txt with the four demo targets, the OpenAI one labeled a fixture.
