Launch batch: team map and top 10 data for the 7 audits, receipts docs, corrected counts

Adds the team and next blocks to the 7 published audit boards with scripts/audit_team_backfill.py (only those two keys changed, no emails). Documents receipts and the judges page in the README and the evidence index. Corrects stale figures: 75 of 113 non-merge commits carry an Entire checkpoint trailer, 88 traces back the cost drivers, the cfo.ai scenario table matches the export, and the offline suite is 360 tests.
