Dagster: verified run in the website cache, no docs PR after a source check

The Dagster page already tells readers to install create-dagster and to use pip 25.1 for --group. FirstRun had labeled both as docs bugs because the planner skipped the note text. README and the cache now say the docs are correct. Two new entries in the what-broke log.
