Share code: every run prints a link that replays it on the web

firstrun share turns a run folder into a code: compact JSON, gzip, base64url, about 2 KB. The code rides in the URL fragment, so no server stores it and hosting stays free. Secrets are redacted again before encoding. Every run now ends with a share line. Format in docs/share-format.md.
