One-word CLI, friendly setup errors, evidence collector, report wired to evidence

firstrun <url> runs a quickstart. Docker down, a missing Claude token and an unreadable docs page each print one sentence and the fix, exit 2. scripts/collect_evidence.py saves neatlogs run stats per tag, Entire status and graph stats, and graph.ndjson into evidence/. The report page reads them, and every number names its source file.
