Evidence: neatlogs index and one exported failed-and-recovered trace

evidence/neatlogs.md lists the v1 and v2 trace IDs, the two detections, the Investigate result and the MCP fix commit. The exported trace is the v2 Entire run that failed on a missing curl and PATH, recovered, and passed verification in a fresh container.
