Prerequisite Proof: turn hidden container fixes into a proven docs section

firstrun prereqs collects the system packages, Python floor, PATH changes and secrets a run needed, writes a Prerequisites block, then proves it: a fresh container with only those prerequisites runs the docs commands as written. Proven live on AccuKnox, MkDocs and Entire (which also needs git). Adds the bisect and prereqs CLI commands and share blocks.
