fix: record june 21 entry, robust success detection, logging config

- Manually record the june 21 lottery entry that succeeded but wasn't saved due to the selector timeout (Stern Grove confirmation email received)
- Replace fragile CSS selector wait with networkidle + body-text/button check so any confirmation state triggers success, not just specific class names
- Add logging.basicConfig so notify/state errors appear in Actions logs
