Follow a subagent's TodoWrite checkpoints into its worktree

post-todo bypasses the lifecycle dispatcher, so it never followed the payload cwd: it looked for the task baseline and ran git status in the launch worktree. It now follows like the other task hooks, finds the baseline wherever the task started, and SaveTaskStep re-homes like SaveStep so the checkpoint lands on that worktree's shadow branch.
