Merge origin/main into dip/project-trails-cli

Resolves the conflict in cmd/entire/cli/repo.go by taking main's rewrite of the repo list table (path-based NAME, placement STATUS, styled cells). This branch had only swapped the "PROJECT" header literal for colHeaderProject in the same region, and main removed that column from both repoColumns and the former repoDetailColumns, so there is nothing of ours to carry forward there. colHeaderProject stays in use by the project trail list table.
