Tell same-named orgs apart in the project create wizard

Two orgs sharing a name and a region had identical picker rows and summary lines, and with ids never shown the user could not tell which one --owner had pre-selected. An org whose name is shared now also shows the day it was created, in its row, the recap and the summary, and same-named orgs sort oldest first so the pre-selection is predictable.
