Honour an explicit --owner-type in the project create wizard

The wizard parsed --owner-type but matched --owner against owners of any kind, so --owner acme --owner-type account silently picked the org acme. An explicitly set --owner-type now limits the match to that kind; left at its default it still lets --owner name the caller's account.

The wizard's success line now names the owner the way the direct path does, preferring the server's ownerName.
