Refine how same-named orgs are told apart in the project create wizard

Two same-named orgs created on the same day still read alike. The distinguishing aside now uses the least detail that separates the whole group: the creation day, else the creation minute (UTC), else an oldest-first ordinal. Ids are still never shown.

The aside also counted hidden orgs, so an org whose only namesake the caller cannot create projects in was dated although it stood alone in the picker. It now counts visible rows only; the summary still offers no --owner command for such a name, since resolveOrgRef sees both.
