Name a merged change's original branch in trail descriptions

A <repo>/<number> selector can reach merged work, whose change read has branch null and keeps the name in original_branch. describeTrailRef and the working-context description printed only Branch, so messages read "trail #42 (branch )". Use the same fallback as the containment check.
