fix(enable): quote interpolated paths/repo in bootstrap prompts

Use %q instead of %s in the init, create-repo, and push confirmation prompts so paths with spaces or the owner/repo target render unambiguously, matching the codebase's prior %q convention. Addresses PR #1720 review.
