Point the grant hints at the verb that survives the merge

repo grant list tells a user whose placement lookup came up short to run entire repo mirror get — a command this branch deletes. Main wrote that hint while the verb still existed, and the file merged without a conflict, so nothing about the merge itself said the advice had gone stale. The CLI would have answered unknown command "get" for "repo mirror" at the exact moment the user was already stuck.

The deprecation ledger is what caught it, on its first real opportunity: that entry exists so a help string, hint or prompt cannot advertise a removed command, and this is the case it was added for.

The comments either side named the same verb, and main's test asserted the old spelling, so both move with it.
