Keep discussion ETags out of project trail comment JSON

The project trail comment show/add/reply/resolve/unresolve --json paths printed the raw API structs, whose messages now carry the ETag used for conditional writes. Render through the same view types the legacy comment command uses, which omit it, and pin that with a test fixture that supplies an ETag.
