Shell-quote the server-derived repo address in the commands printed for recovery and next steps.
Fix the usage line, which rendered as create <name> [<name>].
Keep the create response's visibility and full name when the readiness snapshot omits them, so a visibility the repo already has is not set again and the output still names the repo.
Show the 409 conflict note only while the project it happened in is the chosen one.
Say what the project filter does: projects reporting canCreateRepository=false are hidden, as with project create's orgs.
