Carry only this turn's prompt to the worktree the turn ended in

prompt.txt accumulates prompts until condensation, so moving the whole file duplicated earlier turns' prompts into the new tree's checkpoint and took them from the steps still saved at home. The pre-prompt baseline records the file's size at turn start; the end hook carries only what was appended after it.
