Keep finding apply and project worktrees on the right branch work

finding apply patches the local clone and rejects --repo, but in project mode a <repo>/<number> selector such as api/7 could still name another repository's branch work from a cli checkout. The review target now takes localOnly, and apply resolves the way checkout and resume do: the work must belong to this clone's repository.

checkout --worktree named the directory with the project parent's number, which every branch of the trail shares, so feature/x and feature-x both mapped to trail-42-feature-x and the second checkout failed. Use the branch work's own repository-local number again.
