Sanitize every part of the ignored-checkpoint_remote wording

The repo was stripped of escape sequences before printing, but the reason next to it can quote the owner parsed out of the same committed checkpoint_remote, and the claim command quotes the repo too. Both went to entire status and entire enable output raw. The shared sentence and fix builders now sanitize every part themselves.
