Guard prompt carry and stamped reservations; keep git's ownership check
Commit

- An unreadable prompt.txt at turn start records the offset as unknown and carries nothing, instead of moving (and deleting) earlier turns' prompts.
- A stamped reservation becomes an ordinary condensation attempt once a write may have started under it, so a failed write is resumed or recovered instead of released with the trailer dangling.
- clonePreferencesPathForWorktreeRoot asks git again, so its safe.directory and ownership checks apply, with the hook's repo overrides stripped; its guard ledger entry is restored.
