Document the Claude subagent event contract; correct resume comments

Update agent-guide and sessions-and-checkpoints for SubagentLaunch, agent-ID correlation at SubagentStop, and the foreground stop-before-PostToolUse order. Correct comments that claimed a resumed subagent reuses its agent ID under a new tool_use_id: Claude Code resumes with SendMessage, which creates no new Agent call.
