repo mirror detach: show progress instead of internal step names

The wait printed "step 6 finished (facts)" lines, core's internal step names. Instead, say up front that a detach takes a few minutes with writes frozen, and run the shared updatable spinner from the real call (which catches the mirror up with GitHub) through the wait, reading "Moving the repository (N of 9 steps done)". It is cleared before the result renders.
