add trail worktree checkout core

Creates a worktree for a trail branch under .entire/worktrees at the main repo root (a sibling even when run from a linked worktree), reuses an existing managed worktree, fetches remote-only branches, applies the ignore rule, copies .worktreeinclude files, and prints a shell-safe cd hint.
