Fix main's build and lint after the squash and Antigravity merges

#2574 added an inherited-trailers parameter to tryAgentCommitFastPath while the Antigravity tests calling it merged separately, so the strategy tests no longer compiled. The auth status redesign and the org invitation commands each added an "expired" literal, tripping goconst; the expiry label is now a constant.
