test(integration): e2e coverage for IDE context tag stripping (#1423)

Drives the real user-prompt-submit hook with an <ide_opened_file> block and asserts the stored session LastPrompt (title/prompt display) contains only the user's text. Fails against the pre-fix lifecycle.go, passes with it.
