Codex Subagent Transcript Resolution

I’ll review the local diff and surrounding condensation logic, then run focused tests if possible.

Found one issue:

• P2 — Inventory fallback skips stale declared paths — cmd/entire/cli/strategy/manual_commit_condensation.go:308
  Only records with an empty DeclaredTranscriptPath receive inventory resolution. If Codex archives or relocates a rollout after its path was recorded, the declared path fails and the Claude-layout fallback cannot find it—even when the inventory resolver could. The checkpoint then stores no child transcript. Resolve through inventory when the declared path is unreadable as well, and add a relocation regression test.

Focused materialization/condensation tests passed, as did git diff --check. No files changed.

I’ll check the updated fallback and relocation test, then rerun the relevant tests.

No new actionable findings. The stale-path issue is fixed, with a regression test covering archived Codex rollouts.
