jsconsumer: drop a scratch probe committed by mistake

zz_probe_test.go was another session's throwaway, sitting in the working tree when the previous commit ran git add -A. It references a stubPublisher that does not exist here, so it broke the build on this branch. Mine to catch: staging everything without reading it is how it got in.

Its second case is a real finding and is fixed separately in the next commit.
