Docs execution graph: from the docs sentence to the proven fix

run.html draws every step from the docs page to the fresh-container proof. A failed step branches into container output, the proposed fix, the rerun and its evidence. A node opens a side panel with the quoted docs sentence, the command, the output, the change and every attempt. Red marks a docs bug, amber marks a missing prerequisite. A toggle shows the evidence path: neatlogs trace, Entire checkpoint, session, Trail, PRs.

The share code now carries each step's docs quote, its attempts and an evidence list from evidence.json (https links only). The tail keeps stderr last, so pip download lines no longer hide the real error.

report.md called the step that ended a run its "First Failed Step" even when recovery fixed an earlier failure. It now names both, and the root span carries reported_failed_step for the neatlogs eval.
