Homepage shows the Doc-audit team map in its own band

A new indigo band sits between the Doc-audit band and the Receipt band. It draws the real altimate-code board: 9 named people and everyone else, ribbons to 7 parts of the code, and the top 3 tasks with their suggested owner. At rest it lights task 1, so the visitor sees Haider's ribbon to src/altimate next to "Write a page for workspace goes to Haider".

• docs/assets/team-map.js holds the shared core: the team model, the avatar URL check and the ribbon SVG. The Doc-audit board now calls it. Its DOM is identical before and after on all 7 boards at 1440, 900 and 375 px.
• The script and the board JSON load only when the band is 1200 px from the viewport. The band reserves its height, and it adds no layout shift.
• Under 760 px the map becomes the By-area list. Without JS, a still image of the same map shows. Reduced motion skips the entrance.
