Read docs and tell me what tech stack is being used

I'll look through the project docs and identify the tech stack from what's written there.

The locked stack is in Docs/HANDOFF_1.md. Implementation has not started; this is the contract the project will be built on.

React 19.3 and TypeScript 5, built with Vite 8 on Node 22, styled with plain CSS. The browser records the walk with the Geolocation API, keeps a local draft in IndexedDB, and draws the route and graph as SVG. Playback uses a single HTML audio element.

Python 3.12 and FastAPI 0.143, served by Uvicorn, with Pydantic for request and result contracts. Movement analysis uses the standard library and NumPy. Jobs and the quota ledger are files on disk, not a database.

RoleChoice
Musical directorgoogle/gemma-4-E2B-it on a free Hugging Face ZeroGPU Space (Gradio + Transformers)
Studio audioEleven Music (music_v2_5) via HTTPX
Fallback audioLocal deterministic MIDI-style Route Sketch
HostingOne paid Render Python service that serves both the built frontend and the API
Conditional fallbackBackboard, only if it actually has a Gemma model

Tests are pytest and Playwright (with axe-core). Lint and format are Ruff, ESLint, and Prettier. Package managers are npm and uv. CI is GitHub Actions.

The earlier product concept mentioned MapLibre, LangSmith, and Ollama. Those were dropped in the locked plan: the route is abstract SVG, there is no analytics service, and Gemma runs on Hugging Face rather than on Render or locally.

Update this project to inclue these tech stack adn we will set up these in phase 0, so udpate docs:: - Code rabbit → Code review

  • Entire → Agent Sessions sharing
  • DevRelay → Use for Dev write ups
  • Github actions → Automated checks
  • Excalidraw → Architecture diagrams

The locked handoff already names the app stack and Phase 0. I’ll add CodeRabbit, Entire, DevRelay, GitHub Actions, and Excalidraw there as Phase 0 setup, after checking how each one is meant to be used.

These five tools are development setup, not part of the running app. I’ll lock them into the Phase 0 contract and note them in the other planning docs.

Phase 0 now includes these five development tools. The running app is unchanged: React, Python/FastAPI, Gemma, Eleven Music, and Render.

ToolRoleWhat Phase 0 sets up
CodeRabbitCode reviewGitHub App on this repository, plus .coderabbit.yaml
EntireAgent session sharingentire enable --agent cursor, which writes the Cursor hooks
DevRelayDEV write-upsConfirm the gateway is signed in. Drafts stay unpublished until you publish in the final phase
GitHub ActionsAutomated checks.github/workflows/ci.yml for tests, lint, typecheck, and build
ExcalidrawArchitecture diagramsdocs/diagrams/architecture.excalidraw for the browser, Render, Gemma, and Eleven Music diagram

They do not count toward the two-product-API limit, and the app does not call them. The 20-hour budget and hour-15 freeze stay the same. Setup sits inside the existing Phase 0 toolchain step.

Updated in Docs/HANDOFF_1.md (the locked contract), with short matching notes in README.md, Docs/HANDOFF_0.md, and Docs/PRODUCT_CONCEPT.md.

Play found: modiqo/summarize-stacked-github-prs — say use Play modiqo/summarize-stacked-github-prs to inspect it.

Now for each pahse and each step update the noets in HANDOFF_2.md after implementation of each step in proper readbale formt.

Phase 0 has not been built yet, so I’ll turn Docs/HANDOFF_2.md into the execution log: every phase and step, with a notes section that gets filled in after that step is implemented.

Nothing has been implemented yet, so the log will list every phase and step with a notes block that stays empty until that step is finished. I’ll also point the locked handoff at this file so later steps update it.

Docs/HANDOFF_2.md is now the execution log for all six phases and every step from P0.1 through P5.4.

Each step has the same layout: status, kind, time box, acceptance criteria, commit subject, what the step is for, when it is done, and a Notes section. Right now every note says Not implemented, because no step has been built yet.

After a step is finished, only that step gets updated. The note should say what changed, what was verified, the commit hash, and anything still open. The phase summary and the status lines at the top of the file are updated with it. A step stays unfinished until that commit exists.

Docs/HANDOFF_1.md now points at this file, so later work writes the note there instead of only in the locked plan.
