- c1 parameter_update age_max: Maximum age for beneficiaries is raised from 60 to 65 completed years.
- c2 parameter_update eligible_marital_statuses: One unmarried woman per family becomes eligible, in addition to married, widowed, divorced, abandoned and destitute women.
- c3 condition_added one_unmarried_per_family: Only one unmarried woman per family can receive the benefit, so an unmarried woman is ineligible if another unmarried woman in the family already receives it.
- c4 parameter_update disqualifying_govt_jobs: Contract, outsourced and volunteer workers in the family (with income up to Rs 2.5 lakh) no longer disqualify the applicant; only regular employees and pensioners do.
- c5 condition_changed other_scheme_limit: A woman receiving Rs 1,500 or more per month from other government schemes is now disqualified; previously only more than Rs 1,500 disqualified her.
- c6 condition_removed farm_land_limit: The disqualification for families jointly owning more than five acres of farm land is removed.
