Document eval:json Script in README

Pushed. Commit 5976d9d is on only-13-review, now tracking origin/only-13-review, and landed on both push URLs (the Entire repo and the GitHub mirror). Entire also pushed one checkpoint ref alongside it.
The change is a one-line README fix: the run block now lists npm run eval:json, which existed in package.json but was undocumented, and notes it matches the npm run eval -- --json command the Compatibility Eval runner executes.

The change is a one-line comment update in eval/run.ts. The header now lists the eval:json script alias next to the --json flag, matching the README line from the previous commit. I ran the script before committing and it still prints the JSON result line, scoring 19 of 20 couples correctly.
The branch is now two commits ahead of main, both documentation only.
