Hosting Regions

Customers choose the hosting region or regions in which Entire stores and processes their repository data. This page sets out a Region Schedule for each region currently available.

When a customer selects a hosting region for a repository, the Region Schedule for that region applies. By selecting the region, the customer instructs Entire to store and process that repository's data in the region, as described in the Entire Data Processing Agreement ("DPA"). Each Region Schedule forms part of the DPA for that repository.

The subprocessors that process customer personal data, and where they process it for each region, are set out in Part A of the Subprocessor List, which forms part of each Region Schedule. Some subprocessors process data outside the selected region. Terms that depend on where the customer and data subjects are located, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, are set out in the DPA and are not changed by a Region Schedule.

Entire may make additional hosting regions available. Making a region available does not change the processing of customer personal data unless the customer selects that region. Entire will give notice of changes to a Region Schedule in accordance with the notice provisions of the DPA.
